Return and Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, simply click "view order" in your original confirmation email followed by the "request return" link and follow the instructions from there. Please note that returns will needed to be sent to the following address:

Once your return is accepted, you are responsible to ship back to us using the carrier of your choice. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for products of equal value. To request an exchange, follow the return steps above and in the "reason for return/note" section, simply state the size and product you would like to exchange for. The same rules apply, and once we receive your original order, we will ship you the exchanged item with free shipping.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
